Description

Project B, C, and D are part of my education at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. For this project, Antes came to us with a problem. They were struggling with low employee retention rates. They found out that one of the reasons was a lack of information, both before and during the start of their career at Antes. To combat this problem we created an onboarding website which encompasses information about Antes, a forum, training videos and an activities calendar. Furthermore it is possible to login with both a microsoft account and a temporary code so employees can easily login every time.
